Just as medical school graduates must complete hands-on rotations to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real hospital before becoming licensed doctors, FACES takes academic graduates and immerses them in the practical, gritty realities of energy auditing and retrofitting—ensuring they are fully "licensed" and job-ready before entering the workforce.
